Create a JTC voice channel and post the control panel

Usage

/jtc setup <channel:#channel>

Args: channel (required; channel type: 0)

/jtc add <channel:#channel> [name:text] [limit:0-99]

Args: channel (required; channel type: 2) | limit (range: 0 to 99)

/jtc remove <channel:#channel>

Args: channel (required; channel type: 2)
