By inviting or using Xtra in any Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove Xtra from your server and discontinue use immediately.

Xtra is a Discord bot providing moderation, music playback, Last.fm integration, AI responses, chess, and utility features. The service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for all activity within your server. You must not use Xtra to violate Discord's Terms of Service, harass, spam, or harm other users, distribute illegal content, or attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse the bot in any way.

Xtra stores minimal data required for its features to function, including server configuration, user preferences such as linked Last.fm accounts, and chess stats. This data is not sold or shared with third parties.

Xtra may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to spread misinformation or harmful content, to automate abuse of Discord's platform, or to interfere with the bot's normal operation. Violation may result in permanent blacklisting from the service.

We aim for 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, Discord outages, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to Xtra for any server or user that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Xtra after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
