We do not host content

XTRA does not upload, store, or host any films, series, or media files on its own servers. All titles indexed on this platform are located on third-party services and are made available by parties over which we have no control. Any playback links point to content hosted elsewhere on the internet.

Filing a takedown notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material available through XTRA infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notice.
• The exact URL(s) on XTRA where the allegedly infringing material is referenced, so we can locate it.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification

If you believe a reference to your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required under the DMCA. We will review it and respond accordingly.
